The firm advocates for private owners, developers, and investors—guiding each project from concept to completion with precision, transparency, and design excellence.
Founded by Jacquelyn A. Bilek, JBI bridges the worlds of design and construction. With a background spanning interior design, building, and project management, Jacquelyn ensures that every project maintains architectural integrity, operational efficiency, and financial accountability. Her approach combines the discipline of construction oversight with a refined understanding of luxury design.
JBI’s work includes high-end residential estates, boutique hotels, wellness facilities, and amenity-focused developments—projects recognized for their timeless design, material richness, and seamless execution.

Her hands-on experience in construction and design allows her to communicate fluently across disciplines—coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and trades to achieve unified results.
She brings over a decade of experience managing complex projects with clarity, integrity, and attention to detail. Her leadership ensures that every phase—planning, procurement, build, and turnover—is executed with precision and care.
